Opsiqo processes data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and applicable data protection regulations.

All tenant data is stored in isolated environments. Data retention, deletion, and portability requests can be submitted to privacy@opsiqo.com.

A full data processing addendum (DPA) is available on request.
